The Chloé Cà Phê Vietnam Origin Tour: 2026

An All-Inclusive Tastemaker Journey Through Coffee, Culture, and Craft

Dates: March 9 – 20, 2026

Route: Saigon → Nha Trang → Da Lat → Saigon

The Experience: 11 Days of High-Design, High-Altitude Discovery

An Invitation to the Source

Most people drink coffee; few have stood in the red volcanic soil where it begins. Following in the footsteps of world-class culinary tastemakers, Chloé Cà Phê invites you on a "white-glove" origin expedition. This is an insider’s map of Vietnam, curated by the founders themselves. We are bypassing the typical tourist circuits to take you behind the curtain—into the private homes of 85+ point farmers, into the heart of "New Wave" Saigon roasteries, and into the mist-veiled highlands where the future of coffee is being written.

The Itinerary: A Curated Narrative of Craft

📍 Days 1–3: The Saigon Renaissance Touch down in the pulse of Southeast Asia. Forget the war museums; we are diving into the Saigon Specialty Coffee Scene.

  • Stay: Curated boutique luxury in the heart of the city.

  • Taste: Private "Seed-to-Cup" cupping sessions with Vietnam’s leading Q-Graders.

  • Explore: Hidden atelier workshops and the city’s most architectural cafes where heritage meets the avant-garde.

📍 Days 4–6: The Coastal Breath (Nha Trang) We fly north to where the jungle meets the South China Sea.

  • The Vibe: High-end resort living paired with "Sea Air" coffee science.

  • Experience: Guided visits to coastal roasteries followed by farm-to-table dining on the sand. Think sunset cold brews and salt-air fermentation discussions.

📍 Days 7–10: The Highlands & The Heroes (Da Lat) This is the soul of the trip. We journey by private road into the "Eternal Spring" of Da Lat (1550 MASL).

  • Meet the Farmers: You won't just see the farm; you’ll share a table with the families behind our Thy Thy Farms Arabica and Bui Coffee Supply Fine Robusta.

  • The Craft: Participate in a "day in the life"—harvesting, processing, and fire-roasting at origin.

  • Stay: Elegant, mist-covered homestays tucked into pine-forested hillsides.

📍 Day 11: The Farewell Table We return to Saigon for a private, multi-course farewell dinner—a celebration of the hands that grow our coffee and the community we’ve built along the way.

What Sets the Chloé Cà Phê Tour Apart?

Unlike standard luxury tours, we are your cultural translators. We see Vietnam through the eyes of the producers.

  • The "Sweet Grass" Perspective: Learn about the traditional Vietnamese Cỏ Ngọt (Stevia) used in our Cascara, and the innovative salt-fermentation techniques changing the world’s view of Robusta.

  • Zero-Waste Ethos: See firsthand how we repurpose the entire coffee cherry to support the farmers' livelihood.

  • Total Logistics Mastery: From domestic flights and private vehicles to visa guidance—we handle the complexity so you can focus on the clarity of the cup.
