This 11-day, white-glove journey brings you to the heart of Vietnam’s coffee culture with the founders of Chloé Cà Phê, tracing the origins of the beans that define our craft. From the bustling energy of Saigon to the mist-covered highlands of Da Lat, you’ll experience the full spectrum of Vietnamese coffee — its heritage, its people, and its future.

We’ll handle every detail from the moment you arrive. You simply bring your curiosity, your passport, and your love for great coffee.

Itinerary Overview

📍 Day 1 – 3 : Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)

Our journey begins in Vietnam’s most dynamic city — a blend of heritage architecture and new-wave cafés. You’ll stay in curated boutique accommodations while we explore Saigon’s most celebrated coffee houses, roasters, and cultural landmarks. Expect immersive tastings, private cupping sessions, and introductions to local artisans redefining the Vietnamese coffee scene.

(No war museums — our focus is on craft, community, and culture.)

📍 Day 4 – 6 : Nha Trang

We’ll fly north to the coast for a change of pace — where sea air meets highland beans. Guests will enjoy resort-level lodging, guided visits to coastal roasteries, and Vietnamese farm-to-table dining. Evenings are for sunsets, beach walks, and quiet reflection with a glass of cold brew by the sea.

📍 Day 7 – 10 : Da Lat

Journey by road to Da Lat, Vietnam’s coffee capital. Here, you’ll meet the farmers we work directly with — the very people behind our Liberica, THA1, and Fine Robusta lots. You’ll harvest, roast, and taste at origin, staying in elegant homestays tucked between pine forests and terraced hillsides. Expect misty mornings, fire-roasted dinners, and genuine connection.

📍 Day 11 : Return to Saigon

Our final evening is a private farewell dinner — a shared table celebrating friendship and discovery. The following morning, our team will assist with airport transfers for those departing on March 20th.

  • 11 days / 10 nights accommodations (boutique hotels & curated homestays)

  • All ground transportation within Vietnam (private vehicles + domestic flight)

Those who wish to extend beyond the main tour are welcome to join our sourcing team as we visit new coffee and matcha farms afterward — on a shared-expense basis for those seeking deeper immersion.

Before You Go

Visa: Guests must obtain a Vietnamese visa at least 2 months before departure. We’ll provide full guidance for both online and in-person applications (e.g., San Francisco Consulate).

Passport: We require a photo of your passport for government registration at homestays.

Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking; balance due 30 days before departure.

Flexibility: Guests may arrive earlier or stay later; our team can assist with accommodations and logistics.
