This rare lot comes from Nam Ban in Lâm Đồng province, where TR9 variety coffee thrives in the cool Central Highlands. Unlike commodity robusta, these beans are harvested at peak ripeness and undergo a slow anaerobic natural fermentation with salt, enhancing sweetness and complexity.
The result is a bold, refined cup: notes of dark berries, cacao, molasses, and warm spice. Full-bodied yet balanced, this coffee challenges the common perceptions of robusta—and invites you to experience the depth of Vietnamese specialty coffee.
