By working directly with our farmers, we’ve developed a specialized process to harvest and dry these organic coffee cherries. Instead of being treated as a byproduct, they are transformed into a vibrant, antioxidant-rich tea. This partnership ensures that no part of the harvest goes to waste, providing extra income for the growers and a unique flavor profile for you.

Naturally Sweetened with "Sweet Grass" (Cỏ Ngọt)

To perfectly balance the natural tartness of the coffee cherry—which often carries notes of hibiscus, dried cranberry, and honey—we’ve added a touch of nature’s finest sweetener.

We use the Stevia flower, a delicate white bloom from the Stevia rebaudiana plant. In Vietnam, we affectionately call this "Sweet Grass" (Cỏ Ngọt). Unlike processed sugars or extracts, the whole flower provides a clean, gentle sweetness that lingers on the palate without any bitterness. It’s a traditional touch that honors our roots and keeps your tea 100% natural and calorie-friendly.

Brewing Instructions

To enjoy the full complexity of our Cascara and Sweet Grass blend:

1. Steep: Use 1 bag of tea per 12oz of hot water (approx. 200°F).

2. Wait: Let it brew for 3–3:30 minutes. The longer it steeps, the richer the "sweet grass" notes will become.
