Fine Robusta - Anaerobic Natural with Salt - Bui Coffee Supply

This is the green coffee version of our Coffea Canephora, and is our main coffee for all of our milk based esspreso drinks. We worked very hard to secure the relationship with Canh Bui, and pre contract this coffee based on demand for the year. The price can go down by year, or up, but we tend to try and contract and pay by November so we can have the best price after harvest in December and January. Then we take delivery of the coffee over the course of the following year.
