We walked all 32 hectares of Bui Coffee Supply’s farm in Nam Ban—soaked in rain, tasting cherries straight from the branch. The result of that journey: Peachy Ro, a Coffea canephora (fine robusta) that challenges every expectation.
Slow-fermented using an anaerobic natural process with salt and crafted in an ISO 22000-certified facility, this lot delivers an elegant cup layered with lush tropical fruit, peach, caramel, and delicate florals.
Bui Coffee Supply stands at the forefront of Vietnam’s specialty coffee movement—pioneering organic cultivation and redefining coffees once viewed as commodity. Through coffees like Vietnamese Liberica, fine robusta, Coffea canephora, and hybrid THA1, they’re helping shape Vietnam’s new coffee narrative.
