Peachy Ro undergoes a sophisticated Anaerobic Natural process. The cherries are slow-fermented in a low-oxygen environment using a specific peach yeast and a touch of salt. This innovative method breaks down the mucilage to reveal layers of flavor never before seen in traditional robusta:
