This lot comes from Radar Farms, where Anh Dũng—a second-generation farmer and trained biologist—is transforming his family’s estate from commodity production into a leader in Vietnamese specialty coffee. His approach combines deep scientific knowledge with traditional care, using a slow anaerobic natural fermentation with salt to unlock vibrant flavors: jasmine, stone fruit, citrus, and raw sugar.
