As our community’s love for matcha grew, we looked closer to our roots. We discovered a collective of independent heritage farmers who have spent three decades perfecting their craft under the mentorship of Japanese tea masters. By sourcing directly from these small family estates rather than mass-market suppliers, we ensure every leaf supports local livelihoods. 

While tradition dictates that only Japanese-grown tea wears the "Ceremonial" label, the quality of our matcha is indistinguishable. We call it Premium; our farmers call it a life’s work.
